Business Consumer Alliance called our business recently and attempted to convince us that our BBB had changed it's name to the Business Consumer Alliance and told uswe were no longer a member of the BBB as a result of that and urged us to sign up with them under those false pretenses. We immediately called them out and filed a BBBreport about their fraud. They attempted to lie in the BBB response not knowing that their employee had called us on a recorded line. We replied with the recording evidencingtheir employees fraud and they attempted to dismiss the matter. We are now posting the recording and the BBB responses in which they attempted to lie in order to bringattention to the nefarious and unethical manner the Business Consumer Alliance operates to this day in 2020, years after they were forcefully exiled from the BBB and hadtheir charter removed for running a pay-for-play scheme.
